                                                RULES

    1.        Assignment of Vendor Space: Space will be assigned by Bye-Buy Consign.  We reserve the right
    to relocate booths at any time for the betterment of the event.

    2.        Payment for Vendor Space: PAYMENT IN FULL WITH COMPLETED VENDOR FORM.        
    Returning vendors are given advance notice and priority.  We allow one vendor per business, so
    reserve your space early.  Any returned check will be charged a $15 fee.

    3.        Vendor fees are not refundable.

    4.        Set up times and sale hours:  **you must provide your own table**
    Thursday, April 22 from 5 pm to 6 pm table set up.  Doors open for Presale 6:00 pm to 9 pm.
    Friday, April 23 from 7:30 am to 8 am table set up.  Doors open to the public 8 am to 8 pm.
    Saturday, April 24 from 7:30 am to 8 am table set up.  Doors open to the public 8 am to Noon.

We do not require you to be present the entire time; however, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or
damaged products or display items.   We cannot take sales for you.  Please make arrangements for staffing
and collection of sale monies.

    5.        Marketing/Advertising:
    We ask that each Vendor email our flyer and/or pass out flyers to their customers, friends and
    family.  The flyer is found on our website ~ www.bbconsign.com.  Please add a link to us on your
    website.  Also, if you are providing a free service or activity, please include this in your advertising.

We respectfully request that you only represent the product, service, or company you signed up with.
This provides a fair opportunity for all vendors.
