                                  Drop off Procedure

  1. Sign in at the registration desk before bringing in your items.
  2. Sign a Consignor waiver form.  Click here to download and print
    Consignor Waiver.
  3. We are no longer requiring you to bring an envelope.  Your check
    will be processed online and mailed from the bank.
  4. Pick up your pre-sale wrist band/pass.

              
    ~~~Now you are ready to bring in your items!~~~

    We want to keep a good reputation for high quality items, so please
    double check your items for stains, rips or excess wear.  We will check
    all items for quality, so please only bring items you would consider
    purchasing yourself.  This is not a yard sale.  Please do not be offended
    if we do not accept some of your items.  This process enables us to
    offer the highest quality items to our customers.  Any items that fall
    short of these requirements will be returned to you or donated if
    marked 'donate' on the tag.

  1. Please presort your clothing by size and gender, this will speed up
    the process.
  2. Allow at least 30 minutes for drop off as we will be checking
    items to ensure quality.  Give yourself more time if you need to
    assemble furniture, etc.
  3. Assemble and take your items to the appropriate areas to drop
    off.
  4. Drop off complete!
